Setup O365 or Exchange on an Apple iOS Device
- Go to Settings, scroll down to Accounts & Passwords, and then tap Add Account.
Enter the username that you have been provided with where it says Email and a friendly description for the account. (When using a business email account, this username may be different to your email address and will have been provided to you by Vorboss). Then click Next.IMPORTANT Due to a known bug in iOS, if you are prompted to enter any server details please restart your phone and try again.
You will then be presented with a prompt requesting you to sign in. Click the Sign In button.
A login screen will arrive with a Password field, enter your webmail password here, and press Sign In.
Make sure all options are selected as shown below. Then tap Save.By default the Mail app will only sync the last month of mail, to change this, follow the instructions below.
On the Accounts & Passwords screen, click on the account you have just created.
You can then select the field Mail Days to Sync and change the value as you require.
